Trip to Botanical Gardens

Today, we took a trip downtown DC. Here are Jessica, Marissa, and Dave taking a break after we went to the U.S. Botanical Gardens.

Christmas with Dave's Daughters

On December 26th, after they flew in from Arizona, we celebrated a belated Christmas with Dave's daughters, Jessica and Marissa. We took this picture last night, December 28th, on the way to see Spamalot at the National Theatre in Washington, DC. We had a great time.

Ultrasounds of Twins

Thought I would add pictures of the ultrasound. I know the pictures aren't very clear, but we are looking through my belly (that keeps getting bigger by the day). We already love them even though I think we are still in shock that there are 2 of them. We keep saying...."How are we going to do this?" But I am sure we will.

You're Having Twins

Wow how much can change in your life in the blink of an eye. One minute we were in the ultrasound room just hoping the baby was looking ok and waiting to find out what it was. The next minute, the ultrasound technician is telling us we are having twins. Wow was yesterday just all a blur. We will have to rethink everything.

The day before the ultrasound, I thought I would find a cute IT'S A GIRL and IT'S A BOY signs, and then I would put which one it was on the blog. But now I get to put both because we are having one of each. : )

Baby's First Movements

I think I felt the baby's first movements this last weekend. Kind of a weird feeling.

Our Christmas Tree

Here is a picture of Dave and I taken just last week in front of our Christmas Tree. Not showing too much, but I still can't fit into my old clothes. All maternity pants for me from now on.

Starting a Blog

I thought we would start a blog to share some pictures with family and friends as my pregnancy continues and then to share pictures of our new baby. So here it goes.
