Snow Storm (Round 2) - Feb 10th

On Feb 10th, we received more snow....another 10 inches or so. We even had some white out conditions for a while. In the first picture is a tree in our front yard that goes across our walkway. It is surprisingly still standing.


Here is the table in our back yard with more snow.

Perspective

Just shows how much snow we have received on Feb 6th. Next round of snow to come tomorrow. Where are we going to put it. I dont know.

Snowmagadeon

February 6, 2010 will be known in history as the blizzard of DC area. We have had 26 or so inches of snow. Wow. Dave and I have taken turns shoveling our cars out. Alex and Aubrey had a chance to get outside and we actually had to play in the street as that was the place with the least snow. But luckily, there were no cars going anywhere.

Fun in the Snow Part 2

We decided to go outside again....Alex and Aubrey loved it again.
Wow how times have changed.

We actually have a real sled this time, compared to last year.

Aubrey wanted to go in the swing....even though it was full of snow...I said maybe next time.

Coloring

Tonight, we had fun coloring. Alex and Aubrey love to color and use lots of colors.


Even Daddy had fun drawing Boots from Dora the Explorer.

Trip to the Zoo

Friday was a beautiful day (at least compared to what we have had lately), so Marissa, Alex, Aubrey, and I went to the zoo. We had fun and walked around most of it. Aubrey loved all the animals. Alex like them too, but Aubrey got so excited to see the animals. Alex just liked to carry around his sticks.
