Greensboro Children's Museum

On Friday after Thanksgiving we went to the Greensboro Children's Museum with Dave's Mom. Alex and Aubrey had a great time. I hope we can go back again when we are down there visiting Dave's Family.

Tree Trimming

This morning, we trimmed some of the trees outside in the front yard. We borrowed a friends truck and loaded all the limbs in the back and then Dave took them to the dump.

We had to stomp down the branches on the truck so that we could fit a few more.
Aubrey wanted to help.

Alex was a good helper and helped us carry the braches to the car.

Here they are watching Dave cut the tree.

You can't really see, but here is Dave trimming the tree. He is on the other side.

Aubrey just enjoying playing in the front yard on such a beautiful fall morning.

Diapers.com Advertisement

I usually buy my diapers through a website called diapers.com. It may not be the cheapest way to order diapers, but the convenience outways the cost. They come shipped to our house and the shipping is free. This morning Alex and Aubrey decided to put all their diapers in the Diapers.com box and hang out for a while. I thought this might make a good Diapers.com advertisement. : )

Trip on the DC Metro

This was a weekend of a lot of first. This was our first trip on the Metro with Alex and Aubrey. We survived our trip to DC with the 2 of them. I should add without a stroller. We all enjoyed this new adventure.

IMAX in 3D

On Veteran's Day, we went to an IMAX show at a local museum. It was on Dinosaurs so Alex and Aubrey liked it. We didn't realize that it was in 3D when we purchased the tickets. However, Alex and Aubrey did really good with the glasses. They enjoyed the movie and sat through all 40 minutes of it. This was their first movie at a theatre. We all had fun.
