In college, my roommate Tami, and I would occasionally head to the local 7-11 for slurpees. A few years ago, she started taking her kids to get a slurpee on the first week of school. I decided it would be a great tradition to start for our family so on the Friday after the frist week of school was over we headed to 7-11 for some slurpees.
The kids have had slurpees before, but this was the first time they each had their own (normally they have to share). They were so excited.
